Hum to Search song:

What is Hum to search?

Recently Google launched a very interesting feature called ‘Hum to search‘ song. Its basically a very cool feature for song lovers, if you forget the song’ name and it got stuck in your head that just keeps playing over and over but you can’t recall the name or even the words but you liked it and you want to find the song again then just open your Google Assitant on your mobile device, or find your Google Search widget, tap the mic icon and say “what’s this song?” or click the “Search a song” button.

Then start humming for 10-15 seconds. On Google Assistant, it’s just as simple. Say “Hey Google, what’s this song?” and then hum or whistle the tune. But this feature is currently available in English on iOS, and in more than 20 languages on Android.

As soon as you finished humming, Google will show you some of the potential song matches but don’t worry, you don’t need perfect pitch to use this feature. Google will show you the most likely options based on the tune or whistle.
